How to prepare for your first tattoo:

- Getting your first tattoo can be exciting and a little nerve-racking! Whether it’s something small and meaningful or your first big piece, a little preparation makes the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable.

Here are a few tips I always share with my first-time clients :

1. EAT BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

- Getting tattooed takes energy, and having a good meal helps keep your blood sugar steady. You’ll feel better, stay calm, and avoid getting lightheaded during your session.

2. MAKE SURE TO STAY HYDRATED:

- Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment, it's very important

3. WEAR COMFY CLOTHES:

- Think about where your tattoo will be and wear something that gives easy access to that area. Comfort is key, especially for longer sessions.

4. DON'T SHOW UP SUNBURNT

(*don't book a tattoo before a vacation or immediately right after one)

- If your skin is red or peeling, I can’t tattoo it. Keep the area protected from the sun for at least a few days before your appointment.

5. AVOID ALCOHOL AND PAINKILLERS:

- Both thin your blood and can make you bleed more during your session. Stick to water and get a good night’s sleep instead!

6. TRUST THE PROCESS:

- I know first tattoos can feel intimidating, but you’re in good hands. I’ll walk you through every step, from setup to aftercare,  to make sure you’re comfortable and confident the whole time.

7. FINALLY:

- Bring good vibes, take a deep breath, and remember, your first tattoo is a memory you’ll always have SO LETS MAKE IT A GOOD ONE:)
